1.1 All on-line payments are guaranteed to be delivered within 10
working days of placing an order.
1.2 Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified
is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay
or error in the delivery of the goods not within the control of Print-it Designs.
1.3 Payments by any other means may take longer due to cheque clearance times.
2.1 We accept payments through Paypal, Cheques and International Money
Orders in either Pounds Sterling or US Dollars only. Prices include all postage
and packaging costs for UK addresses.
2.2 Orders to other country locations outside the UK will be subject to an additional
postage charge of £1. Labels will be shipped only once payments (other than on-line
payments) have cleared.
2.3 Print-it Designs accepts no responsibility for lost payments. We advise that
any postal payments are sent registered mail wherever possible.
3.1 Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in
writing to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery.
3.2. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made in writing so as to reach us within 4 days from
expected receipt of the labels.
All orders are considered final and Print-it designs accepts no responsibility for
misspelt addresses or door numbers made in error by the customer.
5.1 Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing to us prior to commencement
of processing.
5.2 Any increases in the order will be regarded as a separate contract unless written
notification is received before work commences on the original order.
The contract between ourselves and the Customer shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with English Law.
We want to protect the privacy of visitors to our website and that of our customers.
No personal data will be forwarded to any other parties. Print-it Designs may from
time to time send notifications of site updates to our customers. Please notify
us in writing if you do not wish to be informed of these updates or new promotions.
